Transfer week runs from 4am Saturday. Any transfers after that only take effect the following week.
Two transfers per week (I think). The validation is a bit dodgy. If it works as intended then number of transfers is the difference between your current team and your pending team. This means, for example, that if you change your goalkeeper in one week and change him (or her) again in the same week then this will only count as one transfer.
I have removed the limit on the number of players from the same club. Maybe nobody noticed this constraint anyway. This is so that I can adjust the data to reflect reality.
Tips
Prices are based on what information I could find on disciplinary records for 2006-2007 for the Premier league and the Championship. Players with no information are priced at £5. This will include players coming from non-English leagues.
